At Noor Skin, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in its original packaging.
In the same condition as received.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation).
Returns due to allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with results will not be accepted, as skincare products react differently to different skin types.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at support@noorskin.in with your order details and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on returning the product.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged product.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, email us at support@noorskin.in within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Gift cards or promotional items are non-refundable.
