2. Payment Processing

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

In case of payment failure, customers must retry with a valid payment method.

Bahaar Scentiments  is not responsible for payment failures due to banking issues or insufficient funds.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD (if available) may have an additional charge, displayed at checkout.

Customers must pay the full amount in cash upon delivery before receiving the order.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds for returned products (if eligible) will be processed after quality inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Payment Security

All payments on our website are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

Bahaar Scentiments does not store any credit/debit card details.

Customers are advised to avoid sharing payment details with anyone claiming to be from Bahaar Scentiments.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
