2. Payment Processing

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

In case of payment failure, customers must retry with a valid payment method.

Noor Skin is not responsible for payment failures due to banking issues or insufficient funds.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD (if available) may have an additional charge, displayed at checkout.

Customers must pay the full amount in cash upon delivery before receiving the order.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds for returned products (if eligible) will be processed after quality inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Payment Security

Noor Skin does not store any credit/debit card details.
